Writing a Comic Book Poem – A Perfect Breeze

A Perfect Breeze is a short and easy poem. It takes its influence from nature and landscape poetry to take the reader to a fresh, crisp, Spring morning.
For this Comic Book Poem there was no script. I wanted the text to be short and succinct, so there was no need to expand on the words that were already written.
I suppose I was influenced by Haiku, but I didn’t want to be restricted by form as I feel that a hard structure would have gone beyond the free and easy nature of the words.
Below the text can be read, but as usual it is best read in Comic Book Poem format.

A Perfect Breeze
Nibbled into a new shape
Left the branch
Found the forest floor
Seven minutes before the Autumn Sunset
